How to Access Services
Problems Accessing Services?



How to access Burlington Mental Health / Behavioral Health Services for your child:
  1. Call for Heath Services for your Child Call Value Options, the Contracted Systems Administrator, for the New Jersey Division of Child Behavioral Health Services at their toll-free number:

    1-877-652-7624

  2. When you call you will hear an automated voice-mail system with the following choices:
    1. For an emergency or a crisis situation,
      press 1 or 2.
    2. For case management services or access to other mental health services hold on the line for the next Customer Service Representative.
  3. The Value Options representatives will ask you questions about your family's situation to help them connect you to the appropriate services. These services may include therapy, behavioral assistance, case management and a referral to Partners for Kids and Families.
All of the services are designed to provide your family with the supports to maintain your child safely in the home and in school with community resources.

All of the staff at the Family Support Organization are parents or guardians of children who have experienced emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues.

The FSO is your advocate to help you navigate the system and meet the needs of your children.
